you have not bought anything on-line before, or are new to
this site, then please take a few moments to read the terms
and conditions.
Ordering online and security
Justlampsuk.com offers
secure online transactions. Choose items from our online
catalogue, add them to your order, then go to our checkout
and pay by credit card.
We use industry-standard technology to encrypt all your personal
information including debit or credit card details and your
name and address. The encryption process takes the characters
you enter and encrypts them into bits of code that are then
transmitted over the Internet.
You can also pay by cheque or postal order if you send your
order direct to: Just Lamps, Unit 8, Caldew Business Park,
Shaddongate, Carlisle, Cumbria, CA2 5TT. Please
make all cheques and postal orders payable to Just Lamps.
Orders will be despatched when cheques are cleared.
If you have any questions or concerns about
the security or any other aspect of our website please email
our team, sales@justlampsuk.com. We actively monitor
and reqularly review all security and operational aspects
of the website.
Billing and Prices
Unlike many other Internet retailers, we only take payment
on the day we despatch your order. You will normally receive
your goods within approximately seven working days from
when we receive your order (within the UK).
All prices on this website are quoted in UK
Pounds. All prices exclude VAT, postage and packaging.
Receipts
You will receive an electronic receipt, with an order reference
number. In case of any query or to track your order, you
will need to quote your invoice number to one of our customer
service representatives.
Payment
You can place your order online, by telephone or by
post. To place your order by telephone, call one of our
customer service representatives on 01228 590391. Post
your order to: JJust Lamps, Unit 8, Caldew Business Park,
Shaddongate, Carlisle, Cumbria, CA2 5TT.
Helpline number
In case of any query e.g to track your order or to check
if an item is in stock, please call one of our customer
service representatives on 01228 590391 or email sales@justlampsuk.com.
Please quote your invoice number if your enquiry is about
an existing order. Our helpline is staffed during normal
office hours (09:00 to 17:00 UK time) every day except
Saturdays, Sundays and British Bank Holidays. Calls are
charged at the normal rate for calls from your area to
Carlisle, England.
Delivery
You will normally receive your goods within 7 working days
UK. If you order one or more products, you may
receive separate packages which arrive on different days.
WE WILL ONLY DELIVER TO THE CARD HOLDER'S ADDRESS. ALL CREDIT
CARD TRANSACTIONS ARE CODE 10 CHECKED. All shortages must
be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
Tracking your order
To track your order, simply call one of our customer service
representatives on 01228 590391 and tell them your name
and order invoice number(s), or Email sales@justlampsuk.com.
Delivery address
WE WILL ONLY DELIVER TO THE CARD HOLDER'S ADDRESS. ALL CREDIT
CARD TRANSACTIONS ARE CODE 10 CHECKED.
Overseas orders
We are now open to all customers and delivery addresses worldwide.
Please contact us for postage costs. Expected delivery
times are given above.
Out of stock
When you order online you will receive Email confirmation
of your order. In the unlikely event of any item being
out of stock, you will be notified by one of our customer
service representatives, and given the option either to
continue with the rest of your order, substitute the unavailable
items with similar alternatives, or to cancel. We will
be happy to discuss your options when we contact you. This
does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Returns
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, Just Lamps will refund
the full purchase price including p & p. If, on the
other hand, you have decided that you don't want the product,
postage and packing costs are your responsibility - we
will refund the price of the product. We do not accept
returns from reduced lines or lines to clear.
Any product you return must be returned complete,
in clean condition and in its original packaging. We recommend
you get the free proof of posting certificate from the Post
Office. Allow up to 30 days from us receiving your returned
item for it to be processed. Refunds will be made to your
credit card.
Before we are able to process a returned item
or items you must contact our customer service department
for a returns form, this will normally be sent to the address
given or emailed within 7 days.

statutory rights as a consumer.
Cancellations and alterations
If you wish to cancel or change your order, please call us
on 01228 590391 (during office hours), or email us at sales@justlampsuk.com.
We advise you to email us immediately, or call us between
09:00 and 10:00, to stand the best chance of catching us
before your order is processed. If you email us, please
include a daytime telephone number if possible.
If you contact us before your order has been
processed, we will be happy to alter or cancel it with no
problems. If we have already sent your order, you will need
to return it to us as soon as you receive it (please refer
to the Returns section above). This does not affect your
statutory rights as a consumer.
Complaints Procedure
We are confident that you will be happy with our service.

If you email us, please include a daytime telephone number
if possible. We will do everything we can to quickly resolve
the matter to your complete satisfaction.
In the unlikely event that you are still not
happy, please contact our Customer Service Department on
the above telephone number or by direct email to sales@justlampsuk.com,
and we will give this matter our immediate attention. We
will deal with your complaint efficiently, and will normally
contact you within one working day (generally by telephone)
to discuss the matter and resolve the problem. This does
not affect your statutory rights as a consumer..
Privacy Statement
Just Lamps do not sell, rent
or exchange customer information with anyone else. We share
relevant information only with those parties entrusted
with the processing of your account and the fulfillment
of your order. We have established procedures to protect
your privacy - and we uphold them vigorously.
Just Lamps will
not make unsolicited contact with you via email. However,
from time to time, we may write or telephone in order to
update your account, or to give you information that we hope
might interest you. If you don't want us to get in touch,
simply tell a Customer Service Representative, or contact
us at sales@justlampsuk.com to have your name removed
from our contact list.
Information collected
We collect the information you supply to us through enquiry
and registration forms, and every time you e-mail us. We
also collect information automatically about your visit
to our site. The information obtained in this way, which
includes browsing patterns, is only used in aggregate form,
and as such cannot be used to identify you.
Use of personal information

web site for the purposes of providing the best possible
service, processing any orders you may have made and providing
you with information about products we offer. If you do
not wish to receive information about our products please

your order to discuss the matter. If you discover any errors
after we have processed your order, you are of course welcome
to cancel your order and return the goods. This does not
